Free initial telephone conversation
We offer a complimentary ten-minute telephone conversation at a time that suits you. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss any queries you may have regarding our fees and the mediation process.

Payment information
Upfront payments are required before each meeting takes place. We do not offer payment plans or invoice for work that has already been completed. This policy ensures clarity and allows us to focus entirely on facilitating your mediation process.
